Milania, who RHONJ star Giudice shares with ex-husband Joe Giudice , was accused of 'causing bodily injury' and 'simple assault' following an alleged incident in New Jersey on May 14 at 6.12pm

The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for comment and has yet to hear back.

Milania recently addressed her arrest in a  video, she said, 'It is what it is, you gotta learn from it. Just become a better person and talk about it' before adding that 's**t happens.'

'That happens, I’ve been through a lot in life and some other stuff happened to me. Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t.

She also denied rumors that her mugshot had leaked and insisted she looks 'fire' in her actual police photo.

At the start of her video, Milania denied rumors that a picture of her mugshot is going viral on social media.

She said, 'But that ‘mugshot’ of me, if you guys really believe. That’s AI.

Milania took to Instagram earlier this month to share a photo of a roadside sign reading, 'None of us sit high enough to look down on anybody. Be humble.'

As well as Milania and Gabriella, Giudice, 54, shares Gia, 25 and Audriana, 16, with Joe, 54.

The former couple were heavily featured on The Real Housewives Of New Jersey, even covering their fraud conviction that sent them to prison.

In 2009, they filed for bankruptcy, which set off a chain of legal battles culminating in the two being convicted for various forms of fraud.

Five years later, the two were handed prison sentences; Joe's status as an illegal immigrant was also brought into question, as he had never gained citizenship despite living in the United States since he was a year old.

At the end of his time being incarcerated, Joe went to live with his family in Italy to await the results of his deportation hearing and subsequent appeals.

The Giudices separated in December of 2019, months after Joe was released, and finalized their divorce in September.

Giudice is now married to Luis Ruelas.

In a new TikTok video, she said, 'It is what it is, you gotta learn from it. Just become a better person and talk about it' before adding that 's**t happens'

Joe later moved to the Bahamas, where his daughters now take turns visiting him.

Speaking on the Undressed with Pol' and Patrik podcast last year, Giudice said Joe was 'never the one.'

'We made beautiful babies together, but that's about it,' the cookbook author said during her guest spot.

She praised her new husband, calling him 'attentive,' something she said her ex Joe never was.

Shortly after her comments, Joe shared with TMZ that he agrees with his ex-wife's statements, proving there are no hard feelings between them.

She is now married to Luis 'Louie' Ruelas, 52, whom she wed in 2022 and referred to on the podcast episode as her 'twin flame'

Joe previously said about his past relationship with Giudice, 'It's water under the bridge at this point. We still get along. We still coparent. We do what we gotta do — and that's the most important thing.'

And he said that he's happy that his ex-wife has found love with Ruelas.
