Brandi Glanville Shares Shocking Tumor Discovery Update

 says she has a tumor after revealing her facial parasite returned earlier this year.

The  personality, 53, shared the shocking health update during a podcast appearance, where she said she discovered 'a benign tumor in one of [her] lymph nodes in [her] face.'

The  alum also said her face started 'sinking in again' after struggling with a facial parasite.

This comes after she previously after years of sharing posts about her medical mystery online. 

'Mama found out that I have a benign tumor in one of my lymph nodes in my face,' she said on an episode of her Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast released on Thursday, June 18.

'That could be why the fluid is going around my face and why I'm having a hard time,' she continued. 'I can wear makeup for 15 minutes, then I have to take it off.'

She noted that the tumor is 'not cancerous' and said she received her diagnosis after finding a lump that had been in her face for 'years.'

'Every doctor that I've showed, they're like, "It's just scar tissue." I'm like, "From what? I haven't had a face lift yet."' 

Glanville added: 'I didn't understand. There's a lot of dismissing that goes on in the medical field.' 

She noted that she had been dealing with a facial parasite for 'a long three years' and was hoping to recover so she could 'put on a ton of makeup again' and have a 'glow-up.' 

'I have to give an update on my face, because we got a lot of comments last time,' she continued. 

'I don't know what's wrong with me, guys,' she added. 'I thought I was fixed, and then it happened again and now it's sinking in again.' 

Glanville previously said she initially experienced facial swelling followed by 'sinking.' 

She said she consulted dozens of doctors and spent over $100,000 in trying to solve the medical mystery. 

She later said she believed that her health struggles in her face was in part due to ruptured breast implants and said the leaking silicone had clogged her lymph nodes. 

She opened up about undergoing treatments for fluid drainage before later revealing parts of her face had started 'sinking again,' and in early June, she said the 'parasite' had returned. 

Glanville first shared her health struggles shortly after she was accused of sexual harassment by Caroline Manzo while filming the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.

She and the Real Housewives of New Jersey alum had been filming season four in Morocco in January 2023 when the alleged incident occurred. 

Shortly thereafter, both of them exited the franchise spinoff and Manzo went on to file a lawsuit against Bravo, NBCUniversal and affiliated production companies. 

At the time, representatives for Glanville released a statement as she denied Manzo's accusations.

'While filming, Brandi followed what the producers asked of her, and there was no sexual assault,' the statement read.

'She is innocent of these absurd accusations that have weighed on her mental and physical health for far too long without a word of support from Peacock, Shed [Media] or Bravo…This painful storytelling seems endless and needs to stop. She is looking to move on and upward and get her life back.'
