's next role has been announced, days after her turn as Cassie Howard came to an end with.

The 28-year-old actress – – will star in a film adaptation of Lindsey Anderson Beer's novel, Hollow.

Hollow is a reframing of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, seen through the eyes of Katrina Van Tassel, played by Sweeney.

According to Deadline, Van Tassel will be reimagined as the subject in a 'dangerous mystery and seductive supernatural love triangle.'

Sweeney's new production company Honey Trap will join forces with Beer's Lab Brew banner for the project, marking the former's first film.

Beer will screen write and direct the forthcoming movie.

The novel was sold to Penguin Random House's imprint Putnam and is slated to be published in fall 2027.

During an appearance on the New York Times' Popcast – released shortly after the Euphoria finale aired – he said that he initially considered a version of the season that minimized nude scenes for Cassie.

After co-host Joe Coscarelli referenced the shocking intro to this season's fifth episode, which featured a bizarre montage of Sweeney performing nude fetish scenes for her fans, Levinson replied: 'Well, it’s funny. When I first wrote it, I thought, "Well, maybe we shoot all of this and we don’t have any nudity."

'I was talking to her, and [I said], "Maybe there’s ways to shoot around certain things?"'

He continued, 'She looked at me, and she was like, "Are you kidding? I’m playing an OnlyFans model. You’re telling me you’re going to skirt around it?"
