'Just my wife...' the 51-year-old began, trailing off before continuing, 'She puts up with a lot. Her finding out this stuff and having to deal with me, because I'm a lot, and I'm in the public a lot.
'I really do work hard and I'm away a bit, and she knows what I'm trying to do with this podcast. So I'm doing this, and some radio, and I'm doing it for the family, but she's on her own a lot.

'She always crushes on you. I said, "You should see his yacht!" And she said, "Thanks for the invite!"' he joked.
The television host also said he feared losing his bond with the Australian public, which he has built over 21 years of appearing on breakfast TV.
Stefanovic explained: 'I can go into any place around Australia from Broome to Cairns to Launceston. I walk into a pub and every time someone yells out, 'F***ing Karlos! Get a beer up ya!'
'That bond for me, with real Australian people, is something that I don't take for granted. It's a great privilege, and it really is a great honour. I just don't want to lose that and that is a little bit of what I worry about.'

Morgan told Stefanovic that he should be 'allowed to interview whoever he wants' and encouraged him to stand up to 'the woke wastrels' and 'stand up to mob rule'.
'They believe cancel culture is a positive force for good. They believe they can destroy your career - they won't, you'll go onto bigger things,' Morgan said.

Morgan, 61, also delved into his own sacking from Good Morning Britain in 2021.
His exit came after he stated on-air that he 'didn't believe a word' of Meghan Markle's claims about her mental health and accusations of racism in the royal family in her Oprah Winfrey interview.
The comments drew over 41,000 complaints to the UK broadcasting regulator Ofcom - but Morgan refused to apologise.
'I remember how I felt and it was a weird thing. I went for a little walk to clear my head and make a final decision, because it was literally apologise or you can't come back. I was just like, I can't,' Morgan said.
'I'm actually the perfect person for you to be talking to hours after you've got this news, because I've been right where you are and in the moment, and it is very weird.
'I know that feeling. It's an awful feeling.'
Morgan told Stefanovic that while he 'doesn't like' Tommy Robinson, he endorses Stefanovic's decision to platform him and said that the interview was 'absolutely appropriate'.
'For me to hear her upset, it was the hardest thing,' Karl said
'He is at the centre of this enormous cultural moment in the UK over immigration. Even though a divisive, controversial figure, who I personally don't like at all, I would have him on my show tomorrow,' Morgan said.
The journalist encouraged Stefanovic to embrace his independence and increase his profile internationally, while boasting that he has made $150 million in the past 18 months from his own media empire.
Morgan told Stefanovic that being 'shafted' from Today after 'two decades of loyal service' was an 'outrage'.
'The Australian people will know it's an outrage,' he said.
It comes after news that Stefanovic'slatest media venture has come to an abrupt end, with ARN dropping him from the radio show, The Long Weekend, which he co-hosted alongside Eddie McGuire.
It's a fresh blow to Stefanovic last week following his interview with commentator on his own podcast, The Karl Stefanovic Show.
Stefanovic had appeared on just two episodes of the three-hour Friday show, broadcast across ARN's Gold radio network, before becoming embroiled in the controversy.
According to the AFR, sources revealed the network made the decision to end their relationship this week.
Stefanovic's contract was worth approximately $200,000 for the rest of the year.
McGuire will reportedly continue to host the radio show without him.
