Will Taylor Swift's godchildren be at her wedding celebration with Travis Kelce amid fallout with Blake Lively?

The biggest day of 's life is finally here - and the star has been joined by a plethora of her A-list friends for her big day - but one face will be notably missing.

Swift and fiance , both 36, partied on Thursday for their 'rehearsal dinner' at Infosys Theater with 100 of their closest friends, including Gigi Hadid, Bradley , and Jack Antonoff - but former BFF and her husband .

Ahead of a 1000-guest celebration at Madison Square Garden on Friday, Lively and Reynolds were seen supporting their daughter Betty, six, as she competed in a horse show at a farm in Lake Placid, New York 300 miles away - marking a striking end to the pair's famed close friendship.

So close was their former bond, that Swift was famously godmother to Lively and Reynolds' four children, daughters James, 11, Inez, nine, Betty and son Olin, three. 

While her former best friend was joined by pals like  and  for the glitzy event, a dressed-down Lively was a far cry from the glamour as she cut a casual figure in a navy tank top and denim shorts at her daughter's event. 

The Bad Blood hitmaker is also a godmother to actress 's youngest son, Leo, 10.

Swift has proven to be a devoted godmother over the years and even paid tribute to her godchildren on social media, dedicated concert performances to them, and famously featured Lively and Reynolds' oldest three kids on her 2020 album Folklore.

However, it seems Swift's godchildren will miss out on her wedding celebrations. 

Speaking with Elle in 2015, King explained her reasoning behind tapping the singer as her baby's godmother – a role she described as 'very sacred and important' in her family.

'There was no thought behind it at all other than that I always knew she was going to be the godmother if I had another baby. It's because she's incredibly thoughtful,' Jaime said.

Last year it was reported Swift and King do not have 'regular contact' but added that 'there is still love.'

The insider informed The US Sun, 'Taylor and Jaime are not close anymore and don't talk but there is still love.'

It was also revealed that the songstress will still send presents to her godson Leo and would 'be there in a heartbeat' if she needed to be.

Eight years later, the singer revealed she had become a godmother yet again in an amusing post shared to her Instagram followers.

Swift, who has been best pals with Lively and Reynolds for over a decade, took to the social media platform back in July 2024 to share her rave review of the actor's latest film, Deadpool & Wolverine.

Alongside a photo of herself with Blake, Ryan, Wolverine actor Hugh Jackman and director Shawn Levy, Swift also confirmed she was the godmother to the couple's four children in the post.

'Over the past few years I have watched one of my best friends on this planet pour every bit of his heart, soul, sweat, time, energy, jokes, pain, joy, rebellion, darkness, and magic into this film,' she wrote.

'He's created the best work of his life, and this film feels like an actual joy portal, a wild escape from reality, and an abs sandwich. I don't know how he did it.

'But that's just Hugh for you!' she quipped.

'These other randoms crashed the photo and we were too polite to ask them to leave.

The singer has also featured Lively's kids in multiple tracks across two albums.

She first featured their eldest daughter, James, on her 2017 album Reputation. At the opening of the track 'Gorgeous', the then-two-year-old can be heard saying the word 'gorgeous' before Taylor begins singing.

In July 2020, their children were then name-dropped throughout her eighth studio album, Folklore. James, Inez, and Betty's names were all featured in the song 'Betty,' in which Swift sings about a teenage love triangle.

Lively and Reynolds went on to welcome their son Olin in February 2023. The All Too Well singer for their daughters James and Inez, who were in attendance for the Philadelphia stop of her record-breaking Eras Tour in May 2023.

While on stage, Swift introduced the song 'Betty' by giving another shoutout to their three girls. 'I named the characters after real people in my life who I love more than anything, and their names are James, Inez and Betty,' Swift said at the time.

She also took a moment to acknowledge the special guests in the audience, as she mouthed what appeared to be, 'Hi, James! Hi, Inez!'

Following the concert, she was seen exiting the stadium while holding hands with James.

Swift reportedly fell out with Lively after being dragged into her legal battle with Justin Baldoni .

While Lively's bitter lawsuit against Baldoni was settled earlier this year, it appears it wasn't enough to secure her a coveted spot on Swift's guest list.

Swift's reported fallout with the actress happened after she was subpoenaed in the her lawsuit against Baldoni, before the subpoena was later withdrawn.

Swift, whose hit song My Tears Ricochet was featured on the soundtrack of Baldoni's 2024 film It Ends With Us - where he starred alongside Lively - was pulled into the rollercoaster saga last year when Baldoni filed a $400 million countersuit accusing Lively and her husband of defamation. The suit was later thrown out.

Explosives text messages from Baldoni's complaint revealed Lively had referred to the superstar singer and her husband as 'my dragons' in a bid to intimidate him over the ill-fated flick.

Since then, Swift has reportedly been trying to distance herself from the scandal as well as her friendship with Lively.

Those efforts have included icing Lively out of her inner circle while Kelce unfollowed Reynolds on Instagram.
