The Sweet Charity legend was seen enjoying an al fresco lunch at Kristy's, one of her favorite spots in Malibu.

MacLaine, who was accompanied by a male friend, sipped what appeared to be a martini during her sunny afternoon out.

She was dressed in a festive blue cardigan with a brightly striped collared shirt underneath, and had on a pair of stylish glasses with round black frames.

MacLaine, whose naturally bright red hair was a physical trademark throughout her Hollywood career, has been showing a softer, silvery hairstyle in recent years. On this day, it had a slight curl at the ends.
