North, who has embarked on her own music career, ignited a social media firestorm last year by revealing she had . 

Kardashian was heaped with opprobrium for allowing her daughter to undergo the procedure given her tender age and the risks involved, including infection.

However North defiantly hit out at critics and this January appeared to reveal she had gotten two more dermal piercings applied to various fingernails.

In May she dropped a music video for her song #N0rth4evr in which she appeared to have two facial piercings that were in fact faux.

When she was spotted at the Vetements show in Paris this weekend, North had a set of spiked studs around her mouth as well as more jewelry on her nose, though it was unclear whether she was once again wearing stick-on pieces.

The Daily Mail has contacted Kardashian's representative for comment.

North was glimpsed wearing the studs when she arrived at Vetements' menswear extravaganza with her mother's sometime stylist Danielle Levi. 

She also proudly displayed the jewelry on her Instagram page, posting images of herself at night with a view of the lit-up Eiffel Tower behind her.
